Victor Gurel
Victor grew up exploring the creeks and woods of the Ozark National Forest. He and his wife founded a successful business in Northwest Arkansas, and he fell in love with riding bikes somewhere along the way. He spends his days hiking the trails with his wife Daphne, riding the trails with his best mates, forming the trails as CEO of Trailblazers, paddling local streams, eating good food, and loving living life here in OZ.
Andy Chasteen
Andy was born and raised just across the border in southern Missouri, founded the Rule of Three and 24 Hours of Horseshoe Hell, and is a lover of all things bikes. He’s a consultant in, you guessed it, the bike and outdoor industry, and has a preference for mtb, trail running, and chasing his wife Jackie around the gravel roads of Benton (and Newton) County.
